help from fitness person..?

hey i was just wondering a few fitness tips.
i am going on a cruise april next year and what to get fit.
this is what i do and eat daily.
get up at 6, eat a bowl of cornflakes and yoghurt then walk on treadmil for half an hour, get ready go to school.
